At LJ Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Used or worn products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products returned after the 3-day return period

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.

Approved refunds are issued in the form of a store voucher only. No cash or original payment method refunds will be provided. Store vouchers can be used toward future purchases at LJ Creations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution.
